Steps to Enroll a Child

Step #1

The Children We Serve

Age range: We match children between the ages of 7-13.  Once matched, we will continue to support the match through high school.

Residence: Children must reside in Brown, Door, Oconto or Shawano counties.

Willing and Able: Your child must show an interest in being matched in the program and be able to meet two to four times a month with a mentor. Families must have a working phone and demonstrate reasonable ongoing availability for phone contact from the agency and mentor.

Step #2

The Enrollment Process

Our staff will meet with you and your child to complete the necessary paperwork and conduct an in-person interview with each of you.

Questions, or to enroll a child contact:

Step #3

Your Role as a Parent or Guardian

Parents must show a willingness to cooperate with the agency, abide by all policies, ground rules and guidelines and return phone calls in a timely manner.

Both you and your child must approve the match.
