Community-Based/Couples for Kids Programs
Mentors provide youth with 1-to-1 time and attention 2+ times per month. Together they enjoy everyday, low-cost, no-cost activities such as taking a bike ride, baking cookies and raking leaves. During these outings, they cultivate relationships that provide youth with skills to manage everyday challenges. This program requires mentors to be 18 or older and have reliable transportation.

Take a break from your typical work day to have fun. Return to work recharged, knowing the time spent has made a tremendous difference. All it takes is one 45 minute lunch or an hour after school out of your week to laugh, talk or play a board game with your youth. Through simple friendships, volunteers experience the joy of helping children discover a world of possibilities and opportunities. This program requires mentors to be 16 or older.

Sports Buddies Program
Do you like fishing? Watching sporting events? Or playing a game of baseball? As a Sports Buddy you participate in a group setting, providing positive experiences and support to an area youth.
Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeastern Wisconsin has partnered with area sports teams. These sports teams provide free tickets to events. You and your youth will join other matches either watching and/or participating in a sporting or outdoor activity. Currently this program is geared at matching male mentors age 18 and older to male youth.
