Toys for Tots Shopping Event to Brighten Holidays

U.S. Marines, Big Brothers Big Sisters to Select Gifts for Littles
The event highlights the Marines Toys for Tots program, which provides new toys as Christmas gifts to less fortunate children throughout the United States, including children enrolled in BBBSNEW’s mentoring programs. The Littles and their siblings include boys and girls ranging in age from 17 months to 18 years.
The gifts selected during Wednesday’s shopping event will be distributed during BBBSNEW’s holiday party on Dec. 13. Party attendees will include Bigs and Littles and Littles’ families, who will be treated to dinner courtesy of a generous donor, visits with Santa, gifts and family activities.
