Announcing Monica McClure as new Executive Director for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeast Wisconsin

Green Bay, WI— Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeast Wisconsin (BBBSNEW) is excited to announce Monica McClure as the new Executive Director.
Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeast Wisconsin is a one-to-one mentoring program that has been igniting potential of youth in Brown, Door and Shawano Counties since 1972. Volunteers, staff, and board members are dedicated to empowering the community through relationship-focused growth.Monica comes to us with extensive experience in fundraising, development, and leadership. She served as the Senior Director of Annual Giving for St. Norbert College, the Director of Development for the YWCA Greater Green Bay, and the Resource Development Director for the Greater Green Bay Habitat for Humanity. Monica has a Bachelor of Science Public Administration/Environmental Policy degree from UW-Green Bay.
Monica has also been a Big Sister for four years, so she comes to the agency with a strong understanding of the culture of Big Brothers Big Sisters.
The search committee for this position participated in 20 interviews with many outstanding applicants. BBBSNEW is extremely grateful to Sharon Hulce of Employment Resource Group Inc. for managing and facilitating the search of potential candidates. Her services were invaluable in assisting BBBSNEW select the ideal candidate for the executive director position.
