Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeast Wisconsin is a donor and volunteer supported nonprofit organization that has been professionally matching area youth with volunteer mentors since 1972.
With a staff of 16 and 23-member volunteer Board of Directors, we serve more than 500 children annually.

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeast Wisconsin is searching for an Executive Director with proven leadership experience to champion the vision, mission, and programs of the organization through fundraising, grant writing, event leadership and financial management. The Executive Director is charged with moving the strategy of the agency forward in our communities by building relationships, developing strong partnerships, and collaboration with local and national entities, while leading change and fostering the culture and passion of the agency through the staff and Board of Directors of Big Brothers Big Sisters. Required education level: Bachelor’s Degree.
