We are in search of a Customer Relations Specialist who will be responsible for providing high level customer service and administrative support for the agency. Key responsibilities include serving as the agency’s receptionist and greeter, supporting the executive director and director of operations in maintaining records and database, preparing for and scheduling meetings and executes correspondence for agency events. This key role for the agency also serves as the first point of contact for volunteers and supports programming needs.
We ask that applicants have two years of customer service or communication experience and two years of experience working in an office setting.
