BBBSNEW Welcomes Newest Team Member!
Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeast WI is excited to announce our Director of Development, Kait Halron!
Kait was born in Green Bay and loves raising her own family in the same place she was raised. Kait and her husband Eric have been together for 11 years and have 2 boys, Hank and Hugh. They also have a chocolate lab named Diesel who has been with them throughout their entire relationship. Kait loves to be with family and friends, play golf, be outdoors, and meet new people.
Kait quickly stood out as a top candidate for BBBSNEW due to her relationship building skills and passion for Big Brothers Big Sisters. During her time at Nicolet Bank, Kait created and facilitated a corporate volunteer program, led fundraising initiatives/partnerships, recognition programs, and an employee mentorship program. In addition, Kait is very active in the community and has led fundraising initiatives including Polar Plunges and panels for the CP Telethon.
